At Horn Creek Productions and Creat Success Seminars, we respect your privacy. This document provides information about the data we collect and what we do, or not do, with it. It also informs you that we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with other companies.

This site does not gather personal information about you without your knowledge. Standard web server log files are kept for the sole purpose of administering this site. They include user statistics, IP addresses (to identify geographic locations only), user behavior (such as files requested), referrer URLs, time spent on each page, browser tags, OS tags, download quantities and screen resolutions.

We collect names and email addresses from inquiries to allow us to repond to the inquiry and to provide information on our newsletters, special offers and products that may be of interest to you. Requests to unsubscribe are promptly honored. We detest spam and wish to correspond only with folks who are interested in what we have to say.

We collect some or all of the following information through response and order forms.

This information is gathered when a request for a offer or an order is placed so that it can be fulfilled properly. The visitor's name and address are required for delivery by mail, and for credit card processing. The phone number is necessary because if a question arises with an order, we need to be able to contact our customer. The email address is necessary so that we can send an acknowledgment. Credit card information is required for payment. We do not store credit card information submitted though our shopping cart. The personal information is not shared with other companies.

We may from time to time request other information about visitor personal preferences including how you came to visit our site. This information is used to refine our marketing efforts so we can identify other visitors like you with minimal cost and reduce the likelihood of intruding on consumers who are not likely to be interested in our products and services.

We use cookies on this site only for session tracking in the shopping cart and web statistics. No personal data is saved in these cookies.

If you join our newsletter, you may receive additional information on other developments, products or services that might benefit you. Requests to unsubscribe are promptly honored.

Our mailing lists are and will remain completely confidential. They are not (and will never be) sold to, rented to or shared with anyone.
